Color Trend: Green in Spring

Una delle tendenze che si vedrà tantissimo in questa primavera che sta per arrivare, sono i colori sgargianti e quella che viene definita Color Block Trend. Uno di questi colori è per l’appunto il verde! Come potete vedere dalle immagini di questo post, il verde impazza sia nei negozi che sulle passerelle! Passiamo dagli abiti super eleganti di Elie Saab, che per la collezione spring Ready To wear 2012 ha utilizzato tonalità di verdi profonde e sgargianti, a Diane Von Furstenberg e Altuzarra che hanno inserito il verde nelle loro collezioni casual. Anche Chanel e Carolina Herrera non mancano di seguire questa nuova tendenza ovviamente, utilizzando anche verdi più tenui.
C’era un vecchio detto che mia nonna mi diceva sempre: “Chi di verde si veste, di sua bellezza sicura si sente!” Sarà Vero? Allora dobbiamo prepararci ad avere un’iniezione di autostima in noi stesse questa primavera perché nel nostro armadio non potranno assolutamente mancare un sacco di cose verdi!

One of the new trends that will dominate this spring are what we call the Color Block Trend. One of these color is Green, in all it’s forms and shades. As you can see from the images in this post, the green color is all around the stores and the runways. We go from the super elegant dresses made by Elie Saab, that alternates a strong green for his Spring 2012 Ready to wear collection to the pale one defining his Haute couture dresses, to Dian Von Furstenberg and Altuzarra that are using the green color in their more casual collection. Also Chanel and Carolina Herrera are not missing the opportunity to follow this trend using also paler shades.
My grandma always use to say “If you are wearing green, it means you feel confident about your beauty” could this be true? Then we need to get ready to get more confidence in ourselves and in feeling beautiful cause we cannot definitely miss to have a lot of free items in our closets!
